]The Tsurukameso Inn has definitely gorgeous and comfortable Japanese-style rooms (tatami and futon). It is very convenient and probably one of the best place to enjoy your trip in Shizuoka.
The Inn has a wonderful Japanese garden too. You should sit there to contemplate the many “koi” (Japanese carp) they have. And one last thing, do not forget to ask the owner about his very big Japanese bonsai collection. It’s amazing!
